A lot of you have been asking about the studio move and when we’ll start taking bookings again. I truly appreciate everyone’s patience because this is taking a lot longer than I thought it would! I am sorry for that.

Moving Studio Locations
Yes, we’re in the process of setting up the new studio in a different mill building six minutes down the road from the old one. This new building has a much better atmosphere, especially for clients who’d like to step past the the studio door and take photos around the building. Everything has been moved, though still in boxes, while I update the booking platform…
Updating the Booking Platform
While the majority of booking requests come from amazing clients, both past and prospective, I have to deal with a ton of time wasters (you know who you are). Believe it or not, there are a lot of CDs who reach out to people like me just to get a response they can jerk their little clitty to, while having no interest in actually setting up an appointment. Because of this, my inbox is flooded with messages and it takes a lot of time to respond to everyone.
To easily cull serious clients, I am in the process of creating a new booking platform that will display available date/time slots and collect deposits directly without the initial email volley. You’ll even be able to choose your beautician! (I’ll still field emails from prospective clients who have questions but they’ll have to be patient.) Please understand that creating this specific platform takes a lot of time. Luckily, it’s almost finished and we’ll most likely be able to start booking for April shortly.
I will send another update when we start booking again.
