Updating Your Information
If you need to correct or update your personal information, please email us at scarlett@glossdress.com.
Google User Data
Our integration with Google Calendar uses the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar to synchronize appointments between WP Amelia and our internal Google Calendar account. This access allows our app to create, modify, or delete calendar events for studio scheduling purposes only.
Data Access and Use
We do not access, store, or transmit any Google user data outside of the WP Amelia integration. All Google Calendar data is used solely in real time to manage appointment availability and synchronization between the booking system and our shared studio calendar. No Google user data is shared with any third parties.
Data Retention
Glossdress.com does not permanently store any Google Calendar data. All event information retrieved from Google is used temporarily for synchronization and is immediately discarded once the operation is complete. The only calendar data retained is what resides within Google Calendar itself, under your account’s control.
Data Deletion
If you wish to revoke our app’s access to your Google data, you can do so at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page and removing “Glossdress.” Once access is revoked, our app will no longer be able to read or write any calendar data. If any residual synchronized data exists within WP Amelia, it can be deleted manually upon request by contacting us at scarlett@glossdress.com.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the site indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
